THE KING'S ACADEMY REGISTRATION 2019-2020 Please read carefully Dear Parents, Yes, it is that time again. Each student must register once every academic school year to ensure guaranteed placement for the upcoming year. To register your child for the Fall-Spring 2019-2020 academic year, please complete the registration form and submit it with the fees listed below. 1) Registration Fee: Per child $ 30.00 2) Books: Prep-3 through Prep-4 $100.00 (LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE FOR PREP 3) Kindergarten $150.00 1st through 7th Grade $250.00 8th through 12th Grade $280.00 Please turn in your completed registration form along with the registration and book fees beginning Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Please note that book fees for each child are to accompany the registration form(s). One cannot be accepted without the other. We must place the book order and submit payment by spring to ensure delivery in time for the start of the new school year. As a reminder- all fees are non-refundable. The first day of school is Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Tuition for September AND your childs completed medical form must be submitted on this date. Your childs updated immunization record is also due at this time. We suggest that you retain a copy of your childs medical examination form for your own records. Tuition for the month of September is due the first day of school. Monthly tuition is $425 for a 3:45pm pickup. The tuition for students taking advantage of our aftercare hours is $475 and requires pickup by 5:30pm. A fifteen minute grace period is applied to both pickup times, after which time late penalties are assessed. Please note that all payments to the school must be made by cash or money order. No personal checks or vouchers can be accepted. Exact payment is appreciated and will speed the transaction process for all parties. Remember!! -Registration forms and book fees both due Wednesday, September 4, 2019 -Wednesday, September 4, 2019 is the first day of school year 2019-2020. -Tuition is due the first school day of each month- cash or money order only. -Late tuition payments are subject to a 2% late fee on the daily balance. This fee is compounded for each day that full payment is not made. -Medical forms AND updated immunization records due September 4, 2019. -The King's Academy is currently accepting re-enrollment for currently enrolled students for grades Prep 4 to Grade 12. NEW ENROLLMENTS ARE ONLY BEING ACCEPTED FOR GRADES FROM PREP 4 - 6TH GRADE. -All students must be toilet-trained prior to the start of the school term. -A monthly fee of $75 is applied to all students in pull-ups -All fees are non-refundable.
